The quintessential Baja California ingredient-driven eatery, Corazón de Tierra is turning five this month. Led by chef Diego Hernández and his team, Corazón de Tierra has become a destination in Mexico for international food travelers. To celebrate, five guest chef friends, Enrique Olvera (Pujol | Cosme | Chefs Table), Wes Avila (Guerrilla Tacos) + Carlos Salgado (Tacomaria), Taku (Dersou Paris) + Edo Kobayashi (Rokai) will join in, to celebrate the restaurant’s fifth turn around the sun. We have enjoyed some of the most amazing meals there, and the trio of special dinners planned are sure to impress.
