Baja Chefs Welcome Celebrity Star Chefs to the 2nd Annual Valle Food & Wine Fest
The 2nd edition of the Valle Wine & Food Fest returns on October 5-7, 2018. The three-day festival will be filled with a wide variety of food and wine related activities featuring renowned Baja chefs Benito Molina, Javier Plascencia, and Drew Deckman as well as more than 25 of some of the region’s acclaimed chefs. Baja’s best will welcome a lineup of culinary stars including Netflix Chef’s Table stars Dominique Crenn and Nancy Silverton, Top Chef Jonathan Waxman, celebrity Chef Rick Bayless, and Michelin award-winning Chef Michael Mina.
On Saturday, October 6, Finca Altozano will host the main grand tasting event. A carefully curated selection of the region’s top wineries and craft breweries will be there to make sure that your glass is never empty. The speakers will fill with the sounds of local musicians, and you must also make sure to visit to the Mercado to check out the beautifully Baja products made by local artisans and craft makers. Your admission includes food tastings and three tasting pours of wine. Additional drink tickets may be purchased.
