Erizo’s 10th Anniversary (Tijuana)

Sat, July 5th

Javier Plascencia’s “House of Baja”, Erizo, is turning a decade old. The Baja seafood-centric restaurant will host Luis Gomez (Misón 19), Mario Peralta (Los Compas), Juan Cabrera (Los Compas / Fonda Fina), Carlos Valdez (Tatanka), and Paul Bentley ( Magno Brasserie) for an evening of celebration along with Plascencia. With this stellar lineup it sure makes for an unforgettable evening!

Tras Los Mezcales IV (Tijuana)

Fri, July 19th

Tras/Horizonte (a.k.a. Kokopelli) will host an evening of Oaxacan mezcales featuring Rufina. The cost is $250 MXN pesos (about 14 US dlls) per person and features spirits from Madre Cuixe, Tobala, Tepestate and Jabali agaves.

Provino’s XXIX Fiestas de Las Vendimias (Valle de Guadalupe)

July 25 - August 18th

The most wonderful time for the Valle is coming soon! Provino, the organizing committee for the Fiestas de La Vendimia has releasing its scheduled. Remember, Vendimias is the busiest time of year in the region. Make your Valle de Guadalupe lodging accommodations with plenty of time in advance.

Cocina La Baja 2019 (Ensenada)

It wouldn’t be Summer without mariscos! To enjoy it all in one place, Cocina La Baja will host more than 30 chefs and restaurants in celebration of the region’s bounty at Estero Beach Hotel & Resort. Entrance fee is around $14 US dlls and there will be food and drink available for purchase.

The festival includes the participation of Miguel Angel Guerrero, Diego Hernandez, Drew Deckman, Javier Plascencia, Alberto Castro Roman, Carlos Valdez, Omar Valenzuela, and more!

Caesar Salad Festival (Tijuana)
