Club Tengo Hambre is a roving supper club that explores the food and wine of the Baja California region and beyond. From the renowned street side stands to its Baja Med cuisine and exploding wine scene in the Valle de Guadalupe, Club Tengo Hambre gives curated excursions of Baja California’s culinary offerings.
Club Tengo Hambre is the collective efforts of Bill Esparza, Jason Thomas Fritz, and Antonio and Kristin Díaz de Sandi, whose respective blogs, Street Gourmet LA, Tijuanalandia, and Life and Food, have been widely recognized as some of the earliest and most influential voices covering Baja California’s cultural renaissance and emerging food and wine scene.
With unique relationships built over the years with Mexico’s best chefs, restaurateurs, bartenders, taqueros and vitners, Club Tengo Hambre offers culinary experiences that are one-of-a-kind. It’s our aim to celebrate both the social aspect of food in bringing people together and the rich food and wine scene in the Baja California region that has made it one of the world’s great foodie destinations.
